Subhas Utsab
Two day long Subhas Utsab was organized on the 22nd & 23rd January, 2018 in all 341 Blocks, 118 Municipalities, 6 Municipal Corporations and 144 Wards under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation along with all District Headquarters and GTA to commemorate the 121 th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, which falls on the 23rd day of January, in a befitting manner. The Utsab included Exhibition on the Life & Works of Netaji, Mass Rally, Prabhatpheri, Essay Writing, Debate, Seminar and Sit & Draw Competitions and other cultural programmes.
